Envair Laboratory Equipment are recruiting for a dynamic Sales Manager to further expand our rapidly growing business.
We are looking for someone who is driven to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the UK laboratory market. The ideal candidate will personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers alongside the management and development of existing accounts.
Understanding the needs of our customers is paramount, hence we expect a high level of technical knowledge to provide clients with the expert consultancy they need. With a self-motivated, flexible approach and the ability to manage accounts and exceed sales targets.
This role would have full responsibility running day to day sales including:
• Devise and carry out sales initiatives
• Respond to daily sales enquiries within specified 12 hour time frame
• Maintain and grow existing distributor base
• Establish and manage new distributors
• Support distributor sales network with site visits and quotation support
• Regularly contact existing distributor sales reps with product updates, support and development tactics
• Manage and attend customer appointments, visits, demonstrations and exhibitions across the territory in an efficient and timely manner
• Attend the target level of eight customer appointments per month
• Respond to all sales leads received across the territory and attend national/international exhibitions to generate leads as required
• Input into marketing initiatives
• Understand and exceed sales targets
• Attend bi-monthly management meeting with full sales performance and strategy update.
